An efficient, resilient network, designed around how your office works

Many office networks were installed once and never revisited. There is no diagram, firmware is years out of date, and a single failed switch or cable can take the whole office offline.

What we configure, and what it prevents

What we configureWhat it prevents
Segmented networks for staff, guests, phones and devices (VLANs)Every device sharing one flat, open network.
Redundant links and gateway failover (HSRP or VRRP)One failed switch or cable taking the office offline.
Encrypted site-to-site links for branches (IPsec, DMVPN)Branch offices cut off from shared files and systems.
Loop protection and port security (spanning tree)A cabling loop or rogue device bringing the network down.
Network diagrams and automated configuration backupsRebuilding a failed switch from memory.
Firmware maintenance and end-of-life planningUnpatched equipment and surprise replacements.

What’s included

  • Network design: new offices, relocations and expansions
  • Switching: VLANs, link aggregation (LACP) and stacking
  • Routing: links between sites with OSPF, EIGRP or BGP
  • Redundancy: designed so one failure doesn’t stop work
  • Core services: IP addressing, DHCP and DNS, planned and documented
  • Lifecycle: diagrams, configuration backups and firmware planning
  • Platforms: hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst, Nexus and ASR, HP/H3C and Aruba

How it’s delivered

  1. We document your current network: every switch, router, link and configuration.
  2. We design the target network and explain each change in plain language before work begins.
  3. We implement in a planned change window, with a tested rollback plan.
  4. We keep diagrams, backups and firmware current as part of ongoing support.

Frequently asked questions

What is a CCIE, and why does it matter for a small office?
CCIE is Cisco’s expert-level certification, and our team holds CCIE #37290 in Routing and Switching. For a small office, it means your network is designed to the standard used on large networks, by a team with 20 years of hands-on experience across bank, government, healthcare and ISP networks.
What makes a network efficient and resilient?
Each type of device sits on its own segment, traffic takes a direct path, and no single failure stops work. The design is also documented, so every later change is faster and more predictable. We design for those goals from the start.
Do you only work with Cisco equipment?
No. We have hands-on experience with Cisco, HP/H3C and Aruba switching, and we keep equipment you already own where it is sound. If hardware is past end of life, we explain the risk and plan its replacement.
Can you connect our second office?
Yes. We link sites with encrypted tunnels over the internet (IPsec or DMVPN) or with SD-WAN. The right design depends on the number of sites and how critical each link is.
