- No. Co-managed IT is for offices that want to keep their IT staff and give them senior backup. We work with them, not around them.
- What does our IT person keep doing?
- Whatever you agree on. Often they handle daily requests and know your staff best, while we take network escalations, projects and cover.
- How is co-managed IT billed?
- Per visit, or on a monthly plan that includes a set number of visits, with extra visits billed separately. The price depends on your office size, your equipment and how critical your systems are.
